This is a case study the organization Hagar. This is a Cambodian NGO that exists to serve vulnerable women and children in crisis (trafficked, abused, abandoned). They provide shelter; counseling, education & training; and employment. Hagar’s BSF project (which is separate from their other activities) is one of the largest in the world: Started in 1999 through Samaritan’s Purse, Almost 40,000 filters installed, Plans to install 14,000 filters in 2009, Demand for 90,000 more filters SLIDE 2, Provinces: Kampong Thom, Kratie, Svay Rieng, Prey Veng, Battambang, Pursat, Siem Reap, Kandal
